1. About ClayHub

ClayHub.app ("ClayHub", "we", "us", or "our") is a tournament management platform for clay target shooting organizations. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClayHub platform, including any websites, applications, and services we provide.

By creating an account or using ClayHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts and Age Requirements

Athletes under the age of 13 may use ClayHub only if a parent or guardian creates and manages their account. By creating an account for an athlete under 13, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf and accepts responsibility for all account activity.

Athletes 13 and older may create their own accounts. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use this platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@clayhub.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

You may use ClayHub to:

• Register for and participate in clay target tournaments
• Track your shooting history and performance
• Manage teams and coaching rosters (coaches and administrators)
• Create and operate tournaments within your organization

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Submit false or misleading information, including scores or athlete records
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' access

4. Content and Data

You retain ownership of data you submit to ClayHub (such as athlete profiles and scores). By submitting content, you grant ClayHub a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the platform.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

5. Organizations and Tenants

Shooting clubs and organizations ("tenants") that operate on ClayHub are responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws, including those relating to minors and data privacy. Tenant administrators accept these Terms on behalf of their organization when they create or manage a tenant account.

6. Disclaimers

ClayHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in tournament scores, standings, or athlete records as entered by users or administrators.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClayHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@clayhub.app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of ClayHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
